Highly acclaimed characteristics to the area are the 'dry stacked' or lauze roofs, villages build from the locally available natural black, white, yellow and red stone. The enchanting picturesque scenery attract artists & photographers for centuries.

Explore Terrasson's old town build on the natural cliff combining local slate and yellowish stone. Visit historical gardens of the Eyrignac Manor, bastide town of Monpazier, feudal castle of Beynac and renaissance castle of Hautefort. A visit to the slate mine of Travassac that once supplied the roofs of the monestary of Mont Saint-Michel and explore the landscape & hamlets surrounding La Cassagne or Saint-Genies.


7 days (6N) stay at La Min-sú de Terrasson + breakfasts + transport by private car to visit destinations not served by public transport (3 days) + pick-up and drop-off + welcome dinner = 790 € / person.
