Fully embrace this luxury with your body & mind, heart & soul, in a very small group (max. 6) at our heartfelt home, located in “La Belle France” the land of pure beauty and sublime nature.

Soar freely... guided by a professional dance artist who spent years investigating the inter-connection between senses and intellect. Through mindfully designed programmes of fun dance games, stretching and relaxation sessions. Inside our in-house studio and outdoors in the surrounding nature, we explore interrelationship between nature, movement and oneself.

This “Exclusive Dance Retreat” is suitable for those who are curious to explore and express through their own bodies. To de-stress their bodies & minds and emerge in the 200 years old French house of natural stone and thick oak, which was overhauled into a tasteful Maison d’Hôte by the hands of Joost & Sze.

Designed for participants WITHOUT experience or training in dance. The retreat emphasises body-mind connection, enjoying the fun of movement, listening to the inner-self to improve individual wellbeing. This retreat does not emphasise physical exercise and dance technique, participants looking for those might explore joining one of our dance camps.

Joost & Sze together speak English, French, Dutch & Cantonese. In this “Exclusive Dance Retreat” we will bring you to visit beautiful destinations. And all our guest rooms have their individual toilet & shower room.

Brief introduction of Joost & Sze:
Sze, Hong Kong born and raised dance artist. Studied classical ballet and Chinese dance at a very young age. Found her passion in contemporary dance in her teen age. Graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. She received scholarship to further study at and graduated from European Dance Development Centre, Arnhem, The Netherlands.

Sze had received several awards for her creations. Working as a choreographer, performer & teacher. She has been working with refugee & deprived children, people in various age ranges, conditions & backgrounds and professional artists locally & internationally.

Joost, born and raised in The Netherlands. Consultant of nature & natural resources management. He had worked in many community based nature conservation programmes in Africa and Asia. His knowledge in plants, landscape & nature will help you to savour the terroir and nature in our surrounding in depth.
